Ripples & Reflections was born from a simple frustration: too many spaces for connection and ideas felt like they were designed for people who already had the confidence, the vocabulary, the credentials. Not ours.
Built by someone who believes that curiosity is enough, that every person carries a story worth hearing, and that the most important conversations happen when we stop performing and start listening.
